BLOG #1: Your body language may shape who you are
From this video I have learnt that our body language can change how we feel about ourselves, not just how others see us. If we stand in a confident pose for two minutes, it would help us to feel more confident and also help us to perform better in a stressful situation. I agree with this idea because if we feel confident, it makes a big difference and also gives us more good vibes and even a stressful event becomes controllable, but I feel that it may not work for everyone.
