BLOG: 3 SECRETS OF RESILIENT PEOPLE A Person is not born with resilience, its something we can learn. Dr Lucy Hone shares three simple but powerful strategies: accept that hard times happen, focus what you can control and ask yourself that is it helping or harming you. Her message is clear and inspiring. Instead of feeling sad, she teaches how can we take small steps to move forward.  I learned the idea of where to focus attention. Hone teaches us that we can build resilience by practice. No matter what happens but we can find ways to live a happy life.
