                                      HOW TO SPEAK SO THAT PEOPLE WANT TO LISTEN Julian Treasure's Ted talk, "How to speak so that people want to Listen," made me think about how we communicate. He talks about seven bad speaking habits: Gossip, judging, negativity, complaining, making excuses, exaggerating and forcing opinions. I agree with him because these habits can lessen the interest of people instead of increasing it in a conversation.  He also shares a method or strategy called the HAIL method. Honesty, authe ncity, integrity and love. According to me, this is really a good method to make our words more powerful and meaningful. If we are real, true and kind then people trust us and they also listen to us. Another key lesson from it is that our style of speaking also matters.
