If we stand in a confident pose for two minutes, it would help us to feel more confident and also help us to perform better in a stressful situation. I agree with this idea because if we feel confident, it makes a big difference and also gives us more good vibes and even a stressful event becomes controllable, but I feel that it may not work for everyone.  The speaker in the video explained the idea in a well mannered way by using different stories, research and many examples. This video has impacted me a lot as it made me think that how i presented myself in the job interviews or speeches at University. Whenever I would give speeches or interviews this video would remind me to to feel confident even if I am not at that time. The idea of fake it till you become it is useful and easy to try.
