Reflection. What have I learned in this class? How it will be useful as I develop my professional identity?
The Communication and Self-Management class has taught me important skills for my professional growth. I learned that good communication, like active listening and clear speaking, helps avoid misunderstanding and improves team work. Emotional intelligence showed me how managing stress, staying calm and being understanding can improve workplace relationships. Time management skills, like setting goals prioritizing tasks have also helped me become more organized and productive.
Looking back, I found the course very useful, but more real-life examples and hand-on activities could have made learning even better. Still, these skills will help me in my career by improving how I work with others, stay focused and manage my time well. Overall, this class has given me a strong foundation for future success.
